Player and rank/league balance

Well. I need to write something down about the "balance" in League of Legends. Because I've been getting pretty mad over this past few weeks. I understand that the way your game decides where which player goes is complicated. There are still things that SHOULDN'T happen. Like this one I just dont know why is this a thing. Why a player of a higher rank gets into a match against players with much lower ranks. We had no chance of winning from the start. They absolutely destroyed us. If anyone from riot is reading this please. I beg you. Do something about this.
