About Ryze

So, here we are. Back again on the 2 good-2 bad rollercoaster ,mister Ryze. Tho apparently he is in a very balanced spot (for those who can use him properly) , seems that Riot stated that he feels "unealthy to play against".

I don't know if generally rito pays attention to these kind of discussion, tho i'll still think that this will be somehow useful; i think they should swap his ult with passive. The problem with ryze is that he can be overcharged twice in less than 15 secs. That's not good. So what i suppose would be "healtier", is that ryze can cast his supercharge as an active,mostly like a mundo ultimate: this is is both good and bad, cause ryze can choose when he wants to overload, but he need to respect the cooldown to be super hero again. This would help playing against him, cause if he has ult, u know he can potentially kill you, but if he deosnt sincronize that with passive he wont land his Q(cause minions will be there),and wont have a serious power spike be4 lvl 6 ,but a burst of ms and aoe dmg once every 6 spells... i think it would make sense.
