DD isn't meta on Kai anymore. And spell vamp was much much worse than DD is. Also why did you list Tristana and Ezreal, what is their relevance to the DD argument at all?

Kai'Sa's Q is considered AOE and doesn't heal as much from DD/Ravenous/Gunblade.

To be honest mages are overpowered right now, so they are just trying to comepensate AD.

i mean i can see this breaking about 10+ champions... and itds proably going to make things a lot worse.
