Will the ranked system get a compete rework season 7?

As we all know. Riot's ranked system is very flawed. It does not show a players actual skill. A basic way you can tell it's flawed is if you take the best player in silver 5-1 any of em for example I'll be using silver 3. If you take the best player in silver 3 and the worse player in silver 3 the skill difference will be GIGANTIC. Meanwhile they're the same rank so if the ranked system worked they'd be around the same skill level.
