Can we please give Runic Affinity an ARAM-component?

With the old mastery system you could just skip around it. With the new mastery system you are forced to get the cookie, which is not really that useful on every champion and greatly reduces the ability to customize your masteries.

Instead of the intended binary system, it's pretty much a one-way system.
