ABOUT YUUMI'S DEATH SENTENCE W LOCKOUT PASSIVE

if some abilities like yasuos dash or more relavantly nauts auto, braums passive have a lockout cd untill you you can use it again why cant yuumi have that effect on her w self CC? instead i survive an ashe arrow and all but leonas ult only to be rewarded with my Ws lockout instantly being reset. is it not a reasonable suggestion that if cat lives those 5 seconds they probably earned the escape? or is the "death sentence" lockout really nonnegotiable?

all im saying is her passive is the only thing that incentive's her to hop off but a "permanent" silence does the opposite. sometimes it feels like your better off not even doing that and just being a healbot yuumi doesn't feel like a champ she feels like an accessory, jhins little purple handbag, and that sucks
