LP + other penalties for AFK Players (specifically in ranked)

Someone that frequents this board may just disregard this post as "just another rage post", and they would be correct. However, I cannot be the only one that gets infuriated by afks in ranked suffering merely just a regular lp loss for the match. For wasting 4 others time? For ruining a potential 20-30 mins of peoples' time (yes 20-30 because there's always that one top laner that has to say no to ff at 15)? I can't be the only one that thinks getting off essentially scot free should in anyway be allowed. Yeah sure reporting exists, but how often does that even do anything? It just seems to me that there isn't nearly enough repercussions for afk in ranked.

PS: I think there is a difference to afking in norms since they, by definition, are much more casual and don't count for anything.

I guess this was just to vent, but I hope some folks understand my pain, and even possibly share the same sentiment.
