Udyr needs a bit of a rework

Been playing with him a bit and he feels outdated. He's easily kited, doesn't have much influence in game in the gank heavy meta, outclassed by other junglers in his own role. Maybe I'm just bad or maybe no one wants to see the return of the sated jungler farming meta, but when it takes going 2-2-5 on a champion with sub 200 cs to get an S-, then either the majority of Udyr players are bad or then champion itself is too weak to be even viable. http://imgur.com/dChQfNu
