tethers as a whole need to be looked at

title^ leblancs tether has the the double annoyance of both being completely inconsistent in its range and having too high of one, the first part beingg a problem with EVERY tether, morg ult nocturne e karma e leblanc tether all of them are wildly inconsistent and awful to play against, sometimes it break without you getting out of rang, sometimes it doesnt break even when you've clearly been out of its range for awhile and it makes them feel like shit to lpay against cuz you never really know what your gonna get with them
