As an expert game critic,my hopes about upcoming changes

When I started to play league it was fun to make new combos, builds, runes, masteries, team comps. Now it feels like this is controlled by riot balance.Let the commiunty build the meta.It kills me when i see a 20 dmg nerf or buff. I hope the new system will let us create new,unique,wild, gameplayS for each champion.Less restrictions!! Well maybe that's just me but you feel better when you type your thoughts.And dont get me wrong riot team does a lot of great things, the new champions are god Tier. For champion mastery level 8 or higher it would be nice to have achivements like :"Get a Quadra kill with Miss fortune Ultimate";"Get a penta with master yi","Use your ultimate on 3 allies below 25% hp with soraka". It's nice to have Non-grindy goals. PS: Im acctally not a game critic, i know it's hard to belive.
