Client is still disabled/unable to navigate while eaver buster timer counts down...

k, it's one thing to punish someone for wasting 7-8 minutes of of their lives, but not being able to navigate client while waiting timer negatively affects any allies said player will be qued with as it makes it impossible to adjust or improve things like item sets/runes.

Also, why would you ever want to disable the shop? don't you like funding for development and growth?
