How riot has made the smurfing issue worse than it already was.

I got perma banned 3 times in my career in this game and i by no means have a foul tongue.I just talk and argue alot and confront people about their mistakes something I refrained from doing and has been unbanned for 3+ years now.But I wanted to create new accounts on euw where my account was banned and started leveling it up.I shat on everyone and wiped the floor with every player I came across until i started to think..holy god these guys must be very annoyed and can't possibly be having fun.Neither my team which I don't let do anything or the enemy which I'm constantly murdering can be having fun and it must be a very frustrating experience for new players. A few games later I started meeting numerous smurfs and most of the time it was me and 4 new players against 3 diamond smurfs who got their main accounts banned and are leveling up new accounts and It really is hard to win with bad players against smurfs who outnumber you even if u outrank them but that's not the point.The new players..the ones who are meeting those perma banned players who are seriously some of the worst people I've met.My type of toxicity is arguing and overtalking while theirs is all of the package.They flame and say horrible things to all the new players making them either think that's how they should act and turn into scumbags themselves or they leave the game in disgust.So why not just hardware ban players if u really want them out of the game ? either completely get rid of them or just don't ban them they'll simply create a new account and be even more toxic to the new inexperienced players instead of the old ones who are used to it and can simply mute.Why not simply disable chats on their accounts and let them stay in their ranks not bothering anyone high or low elo ? if u want to go to the extreme go to the extreme not some half assed solution that will make things worse down the line otherwise just get a normal productive solution of chat disabling.If u think that's not punhsing enough (and trust me it is torture for a talkative person to get stripped of his right to speak,I'd know.) Maybe take away some of their skins or derank them or stop their lp gain anything but sending them to torture new players. I can't get my friends to like the game from all the smurfs they face in their first trials.
