How to fix Veigar (rework suggestion) (cool ideas)
So, from a game perspective Veigar isn't a champion fun to paly against in it currently state. His E is so frustrating to play against, you get insta-stunned from a considerable range, he walks up to you and 100-0 you. So riot is it by adding a 0.75 delay before the cage shows up and is able to stun, but the thing is, its almost impossible to CC someone with it and, even if they are inside the cage it doesnt feel like something impactful, they just blink out or sometimes are even able to kill you from inside. So, i have a few ideas to fix it ( the last one is my favorite )

I dont like it very much, it sounds a bit too op, but the idea is: the size of the cage is now smaller, but once the walls are up, it blocks enemies projectiles

Now my favorite :D . This one is almost another rework but in my opnion these changes are very promissing The changes involves not only his E, but also hiw W
E - Totally new skill, bye cage. The cage doesnt define veigar that much so i think it can be removed without major identity problems. His new ability is a dark matter sphere that is conjured ( somethink like syndra Q ) after a short delay, around 0.5 seconds, it will suck (dont know the right word) around it like Diana E/ Orianna R with a smaller radious(perhaps radious gets bigger with lvs in the skill), it deals no damage and applies a huge slow that shortly decays ( like 70% slow decaying over 1 second) and has a big cooldown, something around 15 seconds . With this skill veigar is still able to peel for himself, lock down targets to combo them and get people out of position but it has a little more counterplay and its not so frustrating to play against
W - The skill is pretty much the same, but now it also stuns! Come on, that make a lot of sense! Its a big rock falling from the space into your head and will be a good plac to put his stun, but it is weaker, something around 1 sec since he will already have some CC in his E
