Can join a game but when it starts the screen is black

Can join games but can't play, the entire screen is black. If i do ALT Tab to come to my computers main screen and than do it again to come into the game again then i can see a frozen version of the game under 0.5 secs than it turns black again.

If Someone knows what i can do pls help :D
