In-Game Mute-All Status on Scoreboard
I sometimes mute all (/mute all) in game.
Sometimes it's because of my team raging and I can't stand to see the hatred in the chat. Other times it might be because I am having trouble focusing on my play so I mute everyone and focus-in. Regardless of the reason, we all might mute all at some point in time.
I've also been curious at some points in time whether or not a player can hear our discussions in-game. We might be discussing, as a team, when our jungler should gank bot, which items to go against the opposing Kayn, etc, and one team member just isn't responding or indicating they have even heard us. It isn't possible to determine if they are intentionally ignoring our discussions or calls in-game, or if they just have chat muted so they can't participate in the strategy.
That's why I propose a solution: Add a visual indicator within the Scoreboard window in-game, next to a player's icon maybe, that would indicate whether or not they have muted all.
I wouldn't want to see if they have muted a specific player, say myself, but I at least want to see if they have muted chat in general by using the "/mute all" command, that way players, myself included, knows whether or not they will be able to participate in team discussions and strategery.
It won't fix players for raging, probably, but it will at least help us who "/mute all" for any reason to not get raged at after game for not listening to what the team decided in chat.
Thanks, and see you out there. [sg-ahri-2]
