Shyv is getting buffed by the new jungle isnt she?

6 mobs in 1 camp = 50% more damage than 4 mobs at one camp.

and so on and so forth.

damage at the bigger mobs may be going down as well since the additional mobs are removed. Smite will heal every usage so she no longer has to concern herself with when and where she uses it as long as she needs hp.

only issue is that the enemy jungler will have more hp early on probably but I'm guessing level 2-3 ganks are gonna be a thing this season unless the jungle is op as shit
