@Meddler The tank class update

Ok, obviously tank class needs an update, especially to make tanks benefit more from tank items/ non tanks benefit less. Now, a tank means they build full tank items, with one or none dmg/utility item. Now all mentioned Vanguards fit into this category, however there are a few more that should be included. Both are really old champions, received not a single rework for 5+ years, have no innate mobility, no hard cc, and the only slow they have is a single target ability. I'm talking about and . I know, I know, they are classified as Juggernauts http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/developer-corner/3A5uuBw7-champion-subclass-list .

However the only viable Juggernauts would be users, the rest are just doomed to build full tank and still be useless. Oh wait a minute, maybe they could build ad (Juggernaut?) items and thus increase their dmg output both on their basic attacks as well as abilities? Nope, neither Nasus or Dr.Mundo have any ap or ad scaling on any of their abilities. Furthermore, there is an 800g item that reduces healing effects by 40% and gives a decent flat ad, meaning that building this way also isn't viable outside of bronze 5.

TL;DR: Either:

1. Include and in the tank class update
2. Rework these champions ASAP
3. remove or change the cost/recipe
