Suggestions to let Darius be playable

As of this post, Darius has a 91.3% ban rate, the highest of any champion in the game. In Platinum Ranked 5v5, he has close to a 60% average win rate. What sort of nerfs do you people suggest to remedy this problem? Because I want to see Darius mains get to play their favorite champion in action again and for everybody else to stop complaining about him.
