could we make one meaningful change to illaoi?

The change I had in mind, is that dot damage like Hemorrhage, Toxic Shot, etc.

all count as one second twards ticking down their soul making it almost impossible to destroy it and make them a vessel could damage over time/poisons count as a half second twards the soul?
