Riot might you consider making Sunfire more like Cinderhulk

Reduce the base health of the item to 350 and armor 40 but make it increase bonus health by 20%?

The % bonus health is a Unique passive that will not stack

This item is proving to be really safe for rushing currently.

It will still be an effective item just not anywhere near as safe of a first item.
