iv won 3 games of Hexakill in a row and still don't have the icon... there must be a way to claim it, pretty disappointed.

Ritos servers take forever to process anything, I imagine I'll get my icon some time next week.
Welll just found this post https://support.leagueoflegends.com/entries/58053870-The-Harrowing-2014 about it (read the little red letters at the end of the page) and that you have sometimes to wait 3 days for the icon to appear if it doesnt write a ticket.

TBH I'd like to know as well... There isn't a claim website or link like there was for the ascension game mode.

I've won 3 as well with no icon. I'm sure it's just delayed, but wanted to register here in case there's an issue.

i won 4 games in a row and still dont have the icon, but my friends got it at morning... i think i will take mine in a day or a hour :D :)

well pretty much the same as everyone i won 4 in a row , did lose 3 after that and after just cheking in my match history they counted ONE (one of the losed games of course) of the 7 games so if you could check that plz Rito i got them in screenshots if you like. just saying to be on the safe side.
