All skins wards and characters can be gotten for free on line at somepoint. Characters are all free if you can find the free riot points which aare allover the internet.. dont give these guys yor money only to get banned through troll. this is how they make there money people.. pay attention.
Um. There's no "free" Riot Points available on the Internet. Those are scams to get your account info.
Yep, just give them your account name and password and they'll give you all the RP you want. No scam there!

Even with Hextech Crafting, it will take a long time to get what you want. The more rare the skin is, the more difficult it is to find the shards. Further, you also need to acquire chests and keys. If you're really good at the game, that's not a huge problem, except the keys are what get you. I hear a lot of people talking about how they got the 4 chests, easy, but it took them a month to get 2 keys without buying them.
That's if you're talking about Hextech crafting, which I don't think you are.
There's only one method I've seen for getting Riot points for free, but you don't get them directly and you barely get any at a time. Anything else is a scam to get your account info, personal info, or just fuck with you. Trust me, there are no good "Free RP" methods out there, other than winning a giveaway from a Youtuber or streamer or something.
