Generally there are only a couple of standard routes you can follow on devourer / level 6 dependent junglers.
If you can level 4 gank on the champion and it is a devourer / farm jungler (Udyr as a example) try
Gromp(Smite), Blue, Red, Back (Optional if you've got sustain to finish and still gank), Do your remaining camps ending at the one closest to a good gank.
or
Krugs(Smite), Red, Blue, Back(Optional if you've got sustain to finish and still gank), Do your remaining camps
Smite and end at wolves if you need vision on invade junglers, raptors for clearing wards out on the gank.
On straight up power farm junglers that are just worried about hitting level 6 try (Warwick, Diana, Yi)
Gromp(Smite), Blue, Red(Smite), Back, Krugs(Smite), Raptors, Gromp, Wolves, Repeat the last 4 in order until you hit 6.
or
Krugs(Smite), Red, Blue(Smite), Back, Gromp(Smite), Wolves, Krugs, Raptors, Repeat the last 4 in order until you hit 6.
On both of these clears you first back should generally be a Pink ward + the other jungle item. If you've got the sustain and it's safe enough you can just wait until you get enough gold for the first jungle item + boots.
Just remember if it's necessary to save someone or a completely free gank you can leave the route. Just try not to go too far out of the way though to force anything. On junglers like Warwick and Nocturne the lanes just have to understand that you're dependent on ult to gank and the laners should play appropriately. If they don't and there was no safe + easy sure ganks then it's not your fault. when they lose lane. The level 6 on these types of champions is essentially a sure kill when used correctly.
Oh and a route I've been seeing some people do when they don't have to worry about the enemy jungler stealing buffs is
Krugs(Smite) -> Raptors -> Wolves -> Gromp(Smite) -> Back -> Krugs -> Red(Smite) -> Raptors -> Wolves -> Blue (Smite) -> Gromp
or
Gromp(Smite) -> Wolves -> Raptors -> Krugs(Smite) -> Back -> Gromp -> Blue(Smite) -> Wolves -> Raptors -> Red(Smite) -> Krugs
This route is a super farm to level 6. If you do it efficiently you can actually hit 6 before the top laner / around the same time as the mid laner. It's probably the most gold and experience possible on a initial clear. So any late game / devourer junglers that can pull it off should. Just never run this route into something that likes to invade (Shaco, Nidalee, Lee off the top of my head). Just starting on this route and farming through jungle on Udyr I can hit sated off just camps around the 18 or 19 minute mark. With successful ganks after the first clear it's possible to hit sated around 15 minutes or less.
