Promotions And Solo Players.

I get the feeling that promotional series are not winnable by solo players,until gold 1 it was fairly easier with the free win after you fail a promo,but now in plat its just horrible,this is my 6th time struggling to get even 1 win in my promotion to plat 4,last game i had an ap shaco top with his premade vi........... can solo players at least get a fair chance in promotions? literaly in half of my promotional series games i could put an LCS player in my position and he still wouldnt be able to win the game.
