Is Riot trying to make the game more visually engaging by having abilities come up more often?
It just occurs to me that with the increased CDR and the Cooldown buffs on Katarina and Lux, abilities have in general become more prevalent in the game which also lowers windows of weakness for champions that rely on spells.
Is this intended? I'll admit it is more fun to see abilities fly than to watch people just AA each other (both can be fun though) but I don't think it really accounts for how much damage you effectively put into the game by making abilities more consistent.
Will the tank update tackle a new defensive approach to lower cooldown ability spam?
