We really need greater totems again.
It's horrible when not even the support knows how to ward and all I have is my blue trinket.
sad that i can no longer anonymously ping my allies remaining trinket wards.
Just start pinging your ward trinket when it's on cooldown early in the game. Along with summoners and ults. It conditions them to be more aware of it.

What about when you're the toplaner and manage to have the highest vision score in the game while your Morgana support is sitting with a god damn 3 next to their trinket 15 minutes in?

those are low elo ppl, im a supp/jungle main
i love to ward and have been improving my map awarenese over time and i proud of that
my team is decent but they don't, we need vision more than anything in every match,
i don't complain about them, most of my match, only people have been looking at the map more than my teammates,
gawd why me?? , 
yeah and now i can't fucking ward as jungler either..
The irony is that reducing the maximum number of wards allowed to be placed by a single player didn't really do shit to make other players start warding more, yet it seriously hurt support as a role.
