He is so weak even pro players avoid playing him... why? He is supposed to be played mid lane but instead he is now for support??? What???
If you think he is not weak, then why to pro players say he is weak? Do you think you are better than a pro player?
He's not weak
Brand is not weak, nor is he really strong. He has zero mobility in league of mobility. His mid capabilities are lacking a bit do to his wave clearing as well. He is easily punished if he moves in to commit an E cast to set up the follow up Q W. All the shields and healer focused items negate his burst. He obviously couldn't abuse ardent censer as a support.
Still usable but can make much better selections currently.

Brand is situational. If the enemy team picks something like Sejuani, Mundo, Braum. Brand is the single most destructive champion in this case, He will melt them like Cheese. So Brand, Overpowered against certain teams.
