A suggestion for Bard.

If you think how you can buff bard without making him too OP you can consider him collecting a chime to reduce Magical Journey (E)'s cooldown by a little. I just feel like his chimes need some interaction with the rest of his kit. You can also increase Caretaker's Shrine's base heal based on the amount of Chimes he has. Peace! ♪♫ Seducing meep sounds ♩♬
