I know everyone is going to comment "QQ". but does anyone else have any experience of just endless shitty games in Silver IV and V? I would consider myself a pretty decent player, but my problem is that I'm not really confident enough to carry a game. I usually just pick someone who is tanky and I play safe and farm and then peel for my carry in teamfights. The big problem for me is that in Silver IV it feels like you have to carry to win. Most of the teammates I get chase so deep into jungle or try to 1v2 every time they get into lane. They just feed and then die every teamfight. I was just wondering if anyone has similar experiences in this god awful elo. Don't get me wrong, I have bad games, but I've been getting good grades after most games and I still lose every game I play. It's so hard to climb S4 because I'm constantly getting demoted back into S5.

This late into the season Silver 5-4 can basically include bronzies who have fluked their way into silver. It's really easy to get out of if you dont belong there

From what you described it sounds like you play not to lose rather than play to win. By playing not to lose it really doesnt get you wins unless others carry to you it

This is because when NEW lvl 30 players start Ranked they get dropped into Silver V for some stupid reason instead of letting them climb our of Bronze like they should.

once you get to about Silver 2-1 it gets a bit better but not by much.
