The way the meta is and changes have been made over the last 3seasons combined, botlane no longer is a farmlane, but the hardest onesidest stompfiesta lane ever. Insane highkillpressure like no other lane can even compare to. Level 2 all ins, that immediately tend to 100-0 opponents like no other lane could even do close.

-Therefore loosing drake control is extremely easely just by rng, when ur botlane dies level 2 it's gone. 2 people are now ahead, a enemy even mid and jgl can just easely go for drake and if u contest it ur desperated to loose.

If u swap drake topside however, u should have close drake fights, U can make either top or mid ahead, and if mid looses but top wins, and u fight for that drake spot, u still have a almost equal chance to win that fight, if ur top looses it's vice-versa. For botlane this is however not the case.

Or you swap drakes and bot goes top and top goes bot. Nothing changes.

I said the same thing like 3 days ago, but by also saying to never have the spawn and respawn areas constant. Sometimes rift will be there, other times dragon will.

If they go topside, then riot could force a towershield for the 2v2 lane only, instead of forcing a towershield for the 2solo laners, that don't even snowball close to that hard. So yes it actually would change ALOT.
