Nunu w passive tip: visionary bloodboil vs absolute zero

For those of you who dont want to do the calc but are wondering when you should use w then ult vs ult first while visionary is up:

Use visionary on W before ult only if W is at least rank 3 and you have at least 250 ap. This will give you the same damage boost as if you had used visionary on your ult but it also gives you improved w effects which will last after you ult.

Note: never choose w over ult if it's not at least rank 3 since the cap will prevent the bonus 250 damage that youd receive from proccing visionary with your ult directly, regardless of how much ap you have. In the same thought, never use w before ult with visionary if your ap isnt at least 250 since it'll give a lower bonus than straight ulting with visionary.

Obviously this is ideally the best course of action but aside from surprise ults youll likely have already used your visionary on a w or e during a fight but in the less common occurrence when you have to choose, now you know :)
