What should I one trick?

I'm an ex plat player and most of the meta champs I primarily find unfun. I find adc especially unrewarding, as it is so hard to carry even if you're fed. So I have made the decision to one trick something outside of the bottom lane. Any suggestions on something that can carry games? Stylistically I like to do damage and not get one shot. I like to be able to initiate fights and whatnot. Preferably something with some mobility and doesn't get banned often. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you.
