Hope for Season 8

Really haven't been happy with League's direction over the last season or two+; nor could I wrap my head around how increasing the pace of a game like LoL could even be remotely healthy for the game.

I have a strong dislike for the current:

I've high hopes that the changes-to-come in Season 8 potentially nudge League back to the game I loved to play. Perhaps I'm just a G5 whiner, perhaps I can't take off the rose-tinted glasses, but I can say with confidence that I'm not happy with the game - yet am not trying to toss aside something I've put so much work into. ):
