Team placements

Hello, plz explain how the team placements for rank work, because i was silver in s5 but now i am bronze 5. i boosted myself to bronze 2 but dropped back to b3. mainly bc of trolls. I am litterally at the point where i should uninstall league and play dota or smite. my fist are litterally hurting from punching...........well....................everthing.
