Admin Contacting

I want to contact admin please. I got Leaver Buster for 20 mins 5 games but last game i didn't leave but update didn't let me into the game so i got Leaver Buster. Also the other times i leave every time when i start a game it disconnects me and i have to reconnect every game. And it takes aproximately around 3 mins to find out it disconnected me and to reconnect. And most players remake games by the time i reconnect so please fix this loading bug plus my Leaver Buster. Because this is the third account i get Leaver buster for last month because of this bug. Thanks :)
