Matchmaking

So, apparently I had gone on a winning streak that I hadn't noticed until I just lost 6 games straight. Is this like a counterbalance thing with matchmaking? I normally notice win 3 lose 3 but anytime that fluctuates I go on these crazy losing streaks. Just wondering cuz I've noticed it with other games too where they start stacking the enemy and crippling your team so you don't win too much
