Looks cool, few qustions. I see you can get skin shards for champions you don't own, but can you get shards for champions and skins you already own?
I'm sure rare gems and loot is pretty hard to come buy (I heard you get it from getting S ranks or something?), but MAN IS THIS HELLA HYPE
