Looks to me like you're in the elo you belong in, you're getting about 50/50 W/L overall, though recently you've had a bit of a loss streak. So the question becomes: What areas can you improve in?

Your CS looks decent but not great (some last hitting drills may help that a bit).

Your warding stats are awful, you need to ward more, much more, should be at least 20 in a 30+min game. Warding is powerful in helping you and your team win, learning to ward more is one of the easiest ways to climb.

Your KD and dmg seem alright from what I briefly checked, so your mechanics and teamfighting are good enough at least.

That leaves macro play as the big area to look to improve in. Macro is really important, but at the same time, a lot of players don't really learn it beyond the really obvious basic stuff (like take an objective if you win a teamfight handedly). One of the big areas a lot of players don't seem to understand is wave manipulation and things that you gain off of it. In laning, you can use lane manipulation to keep the minions closer to your tower and further from your enemy's and thereby force them to be more exposed to ganks than you during lane. You can also push in when they are vulnerable to apply maximum pressure, and draw in more of your opponent's resource to your lane and away from other parts of the map (be ready to retreat if they come to gank you; here again, warding is important). Outside of lane, wave manipulation is how you create minion splitpushes, you can single handedly get both side lanes pushing in your favor and be mid when both of them hit the side towers at the same time. The first side lane you only clear the enemy wave+a tiny bit more, so that it builds a large wave slowly pushing out and crashes their turret with great numbers, in the other side lane, you set up a bit faster push by clearing more of the waves than in the other lane, then you rotate mid after setting those up and group with your team and 5-man siege mid while the winions pound their side lane turrets. This is just one example of how to use wave manipulation to your advantage. You can also get a side lane pushing, leave and ward the flank of that lane, then comeback and finish shoving it into tower and try and take the turret all the while having vision watching your flank so you can see if they rotate over to gank you. Moreover, you allies can push the other lanes in the event that they do come for you and possibly get a tower in one of those lanes instead or even in addition to the tower you sought to push down. Lane pressure like that, is extremely effective and getting your team free towers off the enemy, especially if they don't show up pre-emptively to shove back their lanes. Outside of wave manipulate, a good rule of thumb for fight selection is to avoid fighting where you don't have vision down, because you're at risk of having enemy reinforcements show up unexpectedly after you've committed to the fight and are unable to cleanly disengage. It also important to avoid 'fightning over nothing' that's not to say you shouldn't take an easy pick if you see one, but obliging a fight where there is no nearby objective ready to be taken won't payout as well if you win the fight as winning a fight near an objective that's takable if you win the fight would be. So ideal teamfight is one where you have vision and there is an objective nearby to take if you win the fight. If you get a successful pick with no immediate objective available, use the numbers advantage to splitpush in the enemy's lanes, you may get a tower off of it, but even if you don't they then have to go clear those waves, which gives you control of the rest of the map for a bit, and may make their wards timeout before the can replace them, opening them up to another pick, which is more likely to lead to an objective thanks to the aforementioned pushing.

The champions you're playing are very bad at solo carrying.

You have very bad teammates, I do agree.

Judging by your consistent high KDA and low winrate, I'd say you have low overall impact on the game. You need to be out there warding, directing your team when you should be doing objectives, pinging critical events on the map and warn your teammates of incoming danger.
