Garen reset ult when execute his target?! Yeah, i don't see why not. Pyke does it, Darius does it, Kat too. Now that rito heard me about Ivern and Aurelion Sol, What you think? He might be a good pick on high elo's who knows, that's the exciting part...
Of course balancing his tankiness late game 
Garen can execute from far higher amounts of hp without building any offensive items (his ult only scales on level) and with very little set up
A 3k max hp target, if the villain and Garen has 3 points in R, dies when below 1,232hp
Which is nuts, over 1200 dmg execute as true damage
I think his R should always go through, through loss of vision, zhonyas, untargetable, spell immunity, if he dies during cast etc. that would be a good buff
And if his Q ended zhonyas stasis but dealt 0 dmg to the person in the stasis
- Doesnt have an execute. Her damage doesn't scale with the enemy's missing health or instakills. As for resetting cooldowns... that's just her passive.
- Does it really need to reset though? Anyway, If it were to be physical damage I'd say keep the reset. But true damage, remove that nonsense. Then again he does need to set it up albeit fairly quickly done.
- See, this is where issues start. His ult is an AoE execute (in terms of certain death and ignores shielding), which resets on kill or cast (provided an enemy champion dies within the cast time). Now I'm ok with it being an AoE execute, but the reset on top of it is a little too much.
- Giving this guy a reset would be ok if his villain passive wasn't there. But tbh, It's fine the way it is now.
