how does one climb elo with bad teams?

i love this game and ive been playing it for a while but i keep getting teams that dont seem to belong in the elo i play in andi dont know what to do

Tell your jungler to get a jungle item.

Have your support buy locket and redemption, and FotM too if they're melee.

Learn to kite so you don't get killed my tanks/juggernauts.

Build defensively if an assassin is oneshotting you too fast.

Play full AP Vlad, don't die, split push, farm up, proceed to continue split-pushing and 1v3 or 1v4 them if they try to stop you. If you outplay them, 1v5.
