Why would you nerf annie like this

Champions with spammable targeted spells, like Pantheon and Cassiopeia, put opposing laners in an awkward position: fight back and draw minion aggro, or just take the punishment they hand out. Changing this mechanic will make those champions a lot more intuitive to play against, as well as easier to balance." 

This is such a massive nerf to mid lane annie i don't even know where to begin what in the world are you thinking by adding this in. She already has trouble dealing with high range and champions with gap closers. Now you make her early game harass just trash. Its pointless to even harass with her best move which is Q.

Thank you Riot games for destroying her solo lane and its so amazing how only the Attack Damage Carry gods get insane buffs and do 800 damage none crits every .5 seconds. But hey lets make sure annie gets minion aggro if you go to q her opponent in lane to make sure that champion has horrible time laning. Such a great change please ruin more champions.

What you guys should do next is make sure vlad does 80% of his max hp to himself in damage and he only heals for -1500 hp every time he uses q. That will make him destroyed and unplayable. I know you guys at riot games can do this with no problems. If you need more help at ruining champions and completely destroying them please let me know i have great ideas riot.

It is clear riot only wants ADC or skill shot assassins like zed in the game. Anything else gets insane massive nerfs like this to them. Then riot thinks people won't notice this disgusting level of nerf to the champions they just did.
