Suggestion for Dark Harvest buff and nerf

Revert Dark Harvest. Make it so that the cd for dh is 100 instead of 300. (never knew why riot refuse to nerf this? ) Make dh stacks Spawn randomly on both side of the map (so that each side has a dh spawn on their respective side but can still be taken by the other dh users) like kindred passive but each person with DH can only see.

Monsters with DH spawn grants 2 stack Scuttle grants 3 stack (gives stack when killed) Epic monsters grant 6 stacks (gives stack when killed) (herald, baron, dragon) Champion kills Grant 10 stack (gives stack when killed)

These buffs and nerfs will do what riot had been wanting for junglers who just keep farming stacks. It allows more interaction because it moves the stacks to objective control and ganks.
