Bronze grind is stupid

I just don't get what I'm doing wrong other than getting people who intentional to get suspended, leave the game early, play like bronze 5's going 1/20~.

Solo que bronze is just absolutely stupid. If you try to help teamates by giving suggestions, that are based on common sense, in a polite manner they either flame or ignore. (latter being completely fine) Seems like a recurring theme of getting teamates you belong in bronze, but when i add people who claim to just be 'stuck' in bronze like myself they play like a real bronze. I'm not saying I'm perfect<---. Just wondering how it is that players get out of bronze solo que. I have a higher win % in silver than I do in bronze, so saying that I need to get my win % up has nothing to do with my choice of play style. 1 person on a team of 4 makes little difference on outcome unless the other 4 stay passive until late game. (seems like those are the games i carry)
