Maw of Malmortius rework was a pretty bad idea

Who had the idea of this abomination? A super good def item, that amplifies the dmg of the whole build (ARP) ? This item has too much offensive stats to be classified as defensive item. I don't understand how it has been around for so many patches untouched.

First of all you you should totally remove ARP. Second, you should either : Lower AD or Lower MR. The gold efficiency of this item when passive is up, is absolutely insane...
