When will I be able to get loot ?

This season, I fell from Silver 3 to Bronze 5 because I keep having trolls, feeders, afk's and very bad junglers in my team. Always in MY team and never in the other team. I just don't get it. And yes, after a long while, being the one doing his best and being insulted, called names and wished cancer and death on, and even being told "I'll find where you live with your IP and kill you"... It does make me mad and some games I blew it with frustrations. I know it wasn't wise, but I'm human. Still, I got 2 chat restrictions which I don't believe I deserved. I have thousands of games played, thousands of honorable mentions, many champs, almost 100 skins, icons, etc. I'm a good person but sometimes, being in Bronze games is too frustrating. Yet, I have had 2 chat restrictions, I got my lesson and now I contain myself even if some people would deserve bad words from me. And now that I have paid my restrictions and improved myself, I can't get loots. That is pretty unfair. When will I be able to get the loots ?
