Masteries should be buffed for melee, not nerfed for ranged.
There's always some thread getting upvoted for wanting to nerf ranged champions and their masteries but honestly, most ranged champions get similar benefits from T2 masteries so it's balanced for them.
The main problem is that melee champions can't use the same masteries as well, while Nasus can benefit from feast and siege master extremely well, he can't use fresh blood or even expose weakness to the same degree.
Fresh blood's cooldown/damage should be buffed for melee champions, not nerfed for ranged champions, as ranged vs ranged matchups tend to use the mastery enough for it to be impactful without being over bearing. On the other hand, melee vs ranged matchups tend to have the melee unable to use the mastery and melee vs melee tend to have higher base armour on both sides and minion aggro plays a much larger role.
I'd suggest this: double the cooldown, quadruple or tripple the damage, to acknowledge the fact melee champions don't get as many autos.
