QOL lacking on Morde

Look at the Playrate Jumped up to 5.5% after Marksmen got nerfed. Now it's back down to 1.5% with no reason for it.

There is a large Portion of players who WANT to play him yet his Lack of Agency & Bugs drive them away By No means is he Doing Poorly

##He just feels like shit to play.

Still Feast or Famine His games are still determined at Champ select. Offers nothing to the team when behind When ahead he still loses to Hypermobility or stat checks AA champions like Jax & Yi

In fact I consider Mordekaiser a free kill to any Jax or Yi at any point of the game Regardless of items built or runes taken.
