Anyone else seem to get really bad teams in promo series ;-;

Yes I know this is a bitchy thing to put on like, but does anyone else seem to get really bad teams in their promo series? I'm in my gold 5 series promos right now and all of my games before this have been great, but as soon as I have got into my promos my teams seem to have just gone straight down hill. My first game our blitzcrank got autofilled into support and started flaming me instantly because I got top, he then carried on flaming our adc all through the game which made then both lose lane and then continued to flame each other, and then my elise jungle left ;-; Only decent people on that team were Ahri and I, and the second one I played just then our MF support must have been unranked or trolling, since she had a 25% win rate, build completely wrong and was flaming in chat all game as well as suiciding to enemies. Probably gonna lose these promos and have to do them like 3 more times but is it just me or do we seem to get more troll teams in promos than out of them?
