Am I ever going to not get a griefing team?

First off for all you trolls that say crap like "if you lose games it's your fault, try harder" you're beyond clueless. I get the worst players alive every single game, there's seriously something very weird going on. My main is Nasus ranked 7, I dominated pretty hard and I think that's why i'm getting so many bad players. For instance last game 2 people were 0/8 another was 1/7....game before that a yasuo was 1-14 and rest were feeders too. game before that I got an S rank and played JG but my team once again fed and were insanely toxic towards me non-stop...now if this were a give and take situation, sometimes my team sometimes the enemy i'd accept that. But the issue here is every single game, every game, the enemy is coordinated, they work together, they take objectives, and they play well. I've had just about enough honestly, i'm sure my next cooldown/ban is incomming but it's just so beyond ridiculous for me to be que'd with so many awful people non-stop.
