Game is nearly unplayable, not sure if I'm the only one

I keep getting random ping spikes up to 200 ms whenever someone uses a skill, while having an average ping of 40 ms. This is pure bullshit, it only happens during this patch, I checked my internet and everything is ok. This is unplayable when everytime someone uses a skill, the game buffers for 2 or 3 seconds at 200 ms, and comes back to normal. Small indie company btw, better release skins
